Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all participants registering for or attending events organized by Malang. By registering for or participating in any Malang event, participants agree to the following terms.

1. Registration & Participation

• Participants must provide accurate registration details.
• Registration may be cancelled if incorrect information is provided.
• Participation may be limited based on event capacity or eligibility.

2. Use of Contact Information

By registering, participants agree that contact details may be used to:

• Send event updates and notifications.
• Share information about future Malang events.
• Send certificates or participation-related communication.

Contact information will not be sold or shared for unrelated commercial purposes.

3. Photography & Media Consent

• Photos and videos may be captured during events.
• Media may be used for promotion, reports, or documentation.
• No compensation is provided for such usage.

4. Artwork & Content Usage

• Submitted artworks or creative content may be displayed or published.
• Credit will be given wherever possible.
• Ownership remains with the creator unless otherwise agreed.

5. Participant Conduct

• Participants must behave respectfully toward others.
• Disruptive or unsafe behavior may lead to removal from the event.

6. Event Changes or Cancellation

Malang reserves the right to modify schedules, formats, or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances.

7. Liability

Participants attend events at their own risk. Organizers are not responsible for personal injury or loss of belongings.

8. Intellectual Property

Event branding and materials created by Malang remain its intellectual property and may not be reused without permission.

9. Acceptance of Terms

Registration or participation indicates acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

10. Sponsorship Agreements & Compliance

Sponsors who have entered into a formal Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) or sponsorship agreement with Malang are required to fulfill all deliverables, commitments and obligations as outlined in the signed agreement.

• Failure to provide agreed sponsorship deliverables within the specified timelines may result in immediate suspension or pausing of the sponsorship benefits and partnership.
• Malang reserves the right to withhold promotional activities, branding benefits or event-related privileges until compliance is met.
• In cases of material breach or severe non-compliance, Malang reserves the right to terminate the agreement and pursue appropriate legal remedies as permitted under applicable law.

This clause shall be governed by the terms specified in the signed MOU and applicable legal provisions.
